What our customers say about us
I am very happy with the repairs done to my roof; the business has an obvious enthusiasm for what it does and does it properly. They gave a good and clear explanation of what was needed and how the work would be carried out. I will definitely use them again.
Tectorum Property Ltd has been maintaining the roof on my old Victorian house for several years. The level of expertise is second to none, and the explanations and rationale for work carried out are always consultative and thorough. I highly recommend Tectorum Property.

I have been using Tectorum for several years across out property portfolio. They offer a professional and reliable service which is unusual in the trade business. I have used them for roof surveys, repairs and replacements which have all been delivered to a first class standard. I can highly recommend
Geoff
Duncan and the team solved, at one visit, the long standing problem we had with rain coming in the roof. We had various roofers “fix it” at great expense but they didn’t sort the problem, in fact they exacerbated it. Tectorum are efficient, trustworthy and accommodating. Minimum of disruption on site, careful observance of health and safety and very tidy workers, keeping you informed as they go along. No hidden costs, all clearly explained and agreed before job commences. Good communication skills re dates and arrival times etc. Would highly recommend.
Roy
Tectorum provided an excellent professional repair to our roof, reslating the gable end to provide an efficient overlap. The guy were considerate and friendly and left the job clean and tidy . They also worked to integrate with other tradesmen. The invoicing was prompt to close the project. I thoroughly recommend them, thank you guys!
Roo
A fantastic team and work, full roof timber replacement, with scottish slate extra slates sourced by the team. Massive job including guttering and roof windows. Yes it is the ones in there advert and it's mine. Very highly recomended.
Kay
Tectorum carried out repairs to our village hall that had been required for years and can't recommend highly enough. They gave a competitive quote for the works and were very efficient, came when they said and communicated very well. They also went above and beyond when we had unexpected storm damage prior to our arranged work, coming out right away on a Friday evening to try to stop the leaks. This is an excellent company and we'd definitely use them again.
